Manor Farm Caravan Park is a family run touring and camping park established in 1998. Our Park offers peaceful rural surroundings catering for caravans and campers seeking a relaxing break with level, individually marked pitches.
Location
Our quiet and peaceful park is surrounded by farmland by the village of Anderby, just a few minutes from the unspoiled, sandy beach at Anderby Creek. We are in heart of the Lincolnshire Coastal Country Park and Lincolnshire Wolds that are popular tourist destination with plenty to see and do catering for all ages and tastes.
Plenty of open space and nature walks within the grounds will ensure you have a pleasant stay in Lincolnshire.
2026 Pitch Fees
Pitch fees start at 1pm and finish at 11am.
During high season, the minimum night stay is 2 nights for Friday and Saturday arrivals.
On Bank Holiday weekends, arrivals are on Friday only, with a minimum night stay of 3 nights.
All pitch prices include up to 2 people and 1 car parked on pitch and free use of our shower block.
Tents over the size of 7 meters by 4 meters will be charged extra depending on size, please check when booking.
Wi-Fi access is chargeable, rate to appear here shortly due to a change of provider. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the signal will always be strong and it doesn’t reach all pitches.

Reserved pitches will be held until 8pm on the day of your arrival, but should you expect to arrive later than this, or be delayed, please let us know.
Park Facilities
Our facilities include 140 grass and hard standing pitches, fishing lake, modern facilities block that is centrally heated for your comfort and on-site Wi-Fi is available.
Our pitches all have 16amp electrical hook-ups. The modern facilities block was fully refurbished in Summer 2019, includes ladies, gents, family bathroom and disabled room with showers, hairdryers and shaving points.
Guest can also enjoy our fishing lake at an extra charge.
Seasonal Pitches
We maintain 70 seasonal pitches which are available from the 1st of March to the 30th of November.
