- A deposit of £12.00 per night is required to secure your booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
- If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded in full. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival date.
- Any remaining balance paid is non-refundable. At the management’s discretion, bookings may be transferred to an alternative date, subject to availability and a valid reason for cancellation.
- On arrival, please report to Reception before positioning your tourer on your allocated pitch.
- Tourer pitches are available from 1:00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure.
- Tourer bookings are for families and couples only. We do not accept bookings from all-male or all-female groups.
- The number of people staying in the tourer must not exceed the number stated on the booking. Babies and infants count as one person.
- To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
- A 5mph speed limit applies throughout the park and must be observed at all times. Failure to comply may result in you being asked to leave the park.
- We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards illegal drugs on site.
- The use of drones is not permitted. Drones must not take off or land anywhere within the park.
- Cars, vans and other vehicles must not be used as sleeping accommodation.
- During wet weather, vehicles must not be driven or parked on grassed areas.
- One car may be parked on your pitch with your tourer, weather permitting. Additional or alternative parking is available in the designated car parks.
- Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and are subject to a charge. Only certain breeds are accepted, so please contact the office before making your booking. Dog owners are responsible for keeping their pets under control and cleaning up after them at all times.
- If any information provided at the time of booking changes, please notify the office as soon as possible.
- Management reserves the right to amend, withdraw or close any facilities without prior notice.
- All vehicles, tourers and personal belongings are left at the owner’s risk. Manor Farm Caravan Park, its management, employees and agents accept no liability for loss of or damage to personal property. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
- Management reserves the right to refuse any booking or require any guest to leave the park where necessary, including where these Terms & Conditions are breached or where behaviour is considered unacceptable. In such circumstances, guests will not be entitled to compensation except where required by law.
